What you see in the video is what you get; with temperament being at the forefront of our breeding program. From the day these horses were born they were quiet. You cannot train temperament and this exciting young horse has the best of temperaments you can find. We meticulously hand pick each and every one of our broodmares - as a boutique breeding operation, we do not settle for less, no matter the breed or discipline, we only use mares with superior temperaments, along with proven performance. Each one of our potential breedings has a plan, even before conception, whether it be for the sales or apart of our competitions team, each match is predetermined to ensure we are breeding for a purpose. We hands on foal down each mare within our care, once the foal is on the ground, we give mum and bud a week in our specialised nursey paddocks to get used to world, before moving them into a shared paddock with other mares and foals, to ensure socialisation from the very start. We are a very busy training stables, which all our youngstock are thoroughly exposed to daily. Upon weaning, all our youngstock run through a Weaning/Handling program; which is a gentle program destined to set our young horses up from the very beginning. This includes stabling, individual paddocks, hard fed, teaching to lead, tie up, rugging, extensive desensitisation, washing, grooming, clippers, feet handling, float loading, lunging, in-hand training, young horse obstacle course, lead off another horse and buggy/motorbike. Once they have graduated from that program, they head to the farm to spell/grow, here they enjoy the quiet life, become well socialised in a herd environment, are exposed to all farm life, livestock and wildlife. It is paramount to our breeding program that we are producing easy doing horses, that can handle a harsh winter on excellent pasture only, this makes them a much easier horse to produce once in work or show/sale preparation. It is important to have young horses that can adapt to both a busy training environment or farm life, this helps with creating horses that are confident, well exposed and used to all sorts of environments. Spelling is a vital apart of our programs, and horses only come in, when they have a purpose. Once they come in for our yearling preparation programs, all our horses get a refresh and add mouthing and long reining to the program, ensuring no stone is left unturned. It is a our goal to fill the gap in the market, of producing consistent superior temperaments, easy going horses that are well educated, to ensure ultra successful careers in both amateur and professional environments, amongst a range of different disclipines. We enjoy creating horses that are confident either alone or in company. We offer life long support on any of our homebred horses and all KERRANNA DIDGERIDOO HSH progeny come with special discounted training packages. The home that our horses go to is extremely important, we want to offer horses well within budgets for both the hobbiest or the budding competitor, with our price point being realistic with today's market. In saying that, the start we give our youngstock is second to none, with lots of hard work put into each and every one of our horses. Buyers must remember that you certainly get what you pay for in the equine industry, and cutting corners can have a life long impact on any horse, with the start of any horse being the most crucial time in a horse's life. We offer special discounted packages to all progeny sired by KERRANNA DIDGERIDOO HSH for weaning/handling, breaking in/starting, preparation for any approved ASH sales, general training, show ring preparation and campaigning, ASH challenges & Dressage campaigning. If Boomerang does not sell, we will retain him, start him under saddle and compete him ourselves.
