Collection of horses As the purchaser I will be responsible for cost of horse transport and will arrange for collection in consultation with the vendor within 5 days of the auction’s conclusion. Responsibility for Lot Items I understand that the vendor is responsible for the care of an item until ownership transfers to the new purchaser as confirmed to by Andrew Wilson & Co. Once a purchase is confirmed the new owner then becomes responsible for any costs in relation to the item.
