Coco is a 2017 TB Mare. After a very limited racing career she has spent the last 9 months on a cattle and sheep property on the QLD/NSW border. Coco was part of a larger group of TB's on the property that were undergoing re-education/retraining with a view to go into the mounted police. The focus was on having them walk, trot, canter and stop all in a relaxed fashion. In this time they were also introduced to the working life of a station horse and becoming comfortable with farm machinery, sheep, cattle and dogs. These guys will now load and travel side by side (No dividers) in a cattle truck, will stand tied, come when they are called and have all developed a level of patience and respect. After a lot of the hard work was done, the mounted police deal never came to fruition so Coco and her team will now be offered for sale by Auction. This Mare was let down from racing condition slowly and is now in good, strong paddock condition, currently on grassy hay and a daily dipper of pellets. Coco will be available for any inspection from 2pm Friday at the Caboolture Showgrounds. Coco is sensible, well-mannered and ready for the right person to continue her re-education. She has been currently running with mares, geldings, sheep and cattle in rocky granite country. Coco came to us with rain scald & is currently being treated & is on the mend.
**This Horse will be sold in the "Penned, Project & Re-Homing" Section of the sale. This section will have Audio Only - No live video will be available**
