Amber is a 14hh approx. 18-20yo (aged by dentist) appy x arab mare. She does not act her age at all and has plenty of life left in her for her next owner. Amber loves to be ridden and can be a bit sour when out of work/getting no attention. Since being brought back into work she is happy and craves brushes and scratches. Amber has done pony club, jumping, cattle work, mustering, trail riding and a bit of everything in between. She can be lead from another horse and lead another horse from her. Fine with dogs, cars, bikes, trucks, kids and good to shoe, float, worm, dental, trim, wash and groom. She can be a little hard to catch at first but gets better when she gets to know you. Would suit an intermediate to experienced rider as she is forward but will still happily plod along on a loose rein. Could suit a confident beginner in an experienced home under instruction. Only downside is she likes to trick you and pin her ears back when she doesn't like something, nothing in it though just a threat so definitely recommend an experienced home. Amber is up to date with dental, farrier, worming and chiro. Currently bare foot and does well, some slight hoof separation due to all the wet weather we have had but does not affect her at all and is being treated daily. Currently just on grass and rhodes hay.
